The institute board can accept a membership application representing the professional associations, the organizations, the companies which work in the field of operation and maintenance, also has a high number of engineers who worked in this field in one of the Arab countries in private or public sector. The Organization or Association representative with the board  has the same privileges  of the elected  board member except the candidacy to the board presidency.

To accept membership of associations, organizations or companies, membership application shall be submitted to the institute board
The institute board should determine the maximum of the members’ number who represent the parties pursuant to what is suitable to the board.

The Institute Board may grant membership for non-Arab bodies and parties on the basis of observer status only.
